"Both Alejandro, the owner, and his father came to my house for the job. They arrived on time (huge points with me!), looked professional and were very polite. They walked through the house and gave me a final quote based on the size of the rooms and state (dirtiness) of my carpet.

I was actually not expecting much since my carpet is kind of old, but when they were done I was amazed at how wonderfully clean my carpet looked again! They were able to remove some stains and mild odor from my puppy's "accidents" which I was very pleased with and did a great job overall.
